Terms of use
Effective 7 November 2026
By using Pawnch you agree to these terms. The app is licensed to you under Apple's standard end user license agreement, the Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add the rules for the game server and for the content of other players.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
There is no place in Pawnch for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes names, Group names and game form names that are hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual, violent, illegal, or that pretend to be someone else, and any behaviour that bullies or abuses other players.
- You can report a player or a name in the app, and you can block a player.
- Names of Profiles, Groups and game forms are checked against a word list, and the app refuses a name that is not allowed.
- We review reports and act within 24 hours: we remove the content, and we remove or block the Profiles involved. Abusive users lose access, without warning for serious cases.
- You can also report to info@thewillonline.nl.
Your Profile
Choose a name that is yours to use and that follows these rules. Share invite and link codes only with people you trust. You are responsible for what you do with your Profile.
What you may not do
- Break the law or the rules above.
- Cheat with tools, attack or overload the server, or look for ways in.
- Make many Profiles to avoid a block.
The service
Pawnch is a game, offered as is, without promises that it is always available or free of errors. We may change, pause or stop the game server, and we may remove any Profile or content that breaks these terms. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage from using the game.
Law
Dutch law applies, without taking away the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
